Included in the price:
- Linen, towels, heating, electricity, water, kitchenware.
- All public transport in South Tyrol is free of charge. Perca railway station within walking distance (also with pram). City bus stop in front of our house.
- Admission to indoor swimming pool & sauna Cron 4: 20% discount
- Garden: Our beautiful, large garden is available to you during your stay. You will find deck chairs, swings and play facilities for your children. A BBQ is available.
- You can park your car in the garage or in our parking lot.
Our apartments are well equipped for small children (baby cot, high chair, changing mat, baby blanket, baby carrier backpack for your hikes) – we are happy to help you.
Arrival and departure:
- We are open all year round.
- Arrival: The reserved holiday apartment is at your disposal from 4pm (by telephone inquiry, if possible, also earlier)
- Departure: We ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:30 am on the day of departure.
General information:
- Buns: There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity which offers everything you need.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Linen: change of towels and bed linen on request, otherwise weekly change.
- Payment: We accept cash, ATM cards and credit cards.
Deposit / Cancellation::
At reservation a deposit of 200 Euro must be paid. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
