Enjoy the comfort of space and cosiness with a beautiful view of the mountains. You will appreciate the central location, bus and train connections and the few steps to the supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant.
We are located in a quiet, sunny location in the small village of Perca near Brunico in South Tyrol. Take a short walk to the train station in Perca (every half hour to Brunico – 8 minutes’ drive, free of charge throughout South Tyrol): in winter the train will also get you directly to the “Ried” ski lift on Plan de Corones.
